Hi All, As I have been tagged to this post and I have gone through this post from Mr. Pritesh Pethani. As a Head of Open Source Department, I want to share other side which he acclaimed in his post. As he mentioned that he worked in the company from 07/06/2012 to 16/07/2014. Which almost 2 years, 1 month, 10 days. The duration which he spent in company itself shows and justifies that if he got harassed or felt harassment in company so he should left company at same time when he felt harassed or in a short time of joining but he didnt. That means there is no proof of harassment or any other harassment concern he posted over here. He mentioned regarding harassment of company in terms of salary time, overtime and other mentally harassment. In his 2 year tenure he got 2 increments (consecutively in span of 6 months) ,even 2012 and 2013 was not a good tenure in IT industry to provide this count of increments. Another thing is regarding his notice period. Company have a proof of his resignation process and here I am attaching a same thread so everyone should know that he didnt served notice period and even he left company without giving normal follow-up to company authority. he shared lie to everyone the he gave notice period. All can see that he withdraw resignation. In other proof, all can see how company authorize persons were converted his deductable half day leave into paid full day leave. Regarding legal procedure between company and him, He breaches the bond so it has to be done in legal procedure. Now as he posted few concerns regarding a company, here I would want to mention incidents which company faced during his term in the company. 1. Around in February, 2014. He had caught in theft of company website code and was doing unethical procedure during his working hours with company colleagues as well. Which should I think totally unacceptable and unforgiving from any company? Still with respecting of” Employee”, company didnt done any legal case at that time which could spoil his career. He apologized for same and company didn’t do any legal case and didn’t spread this matter among others with respecting him. 2. He did withdraw his resignation. 3. Company lost premium client due to his irresponsible activities and fake updates to client. 4. He was doing personal work during working hours in company premises and involving other colleagues in same. So now from his post he just wants to influence peoples and trying to get their sympathy. He should share this other side of matter to all. As such company just followed legal procedure due to bond breach. All viewers and tagged persons, please share your thoughts and inputs.
