Hi All! If you have children in Collins, you should find a nomination form in their green folder. The PAC Executive Board has 4 openings for the 2014-15 school year. If you or someone you know would be a good fit for a leadership position in our group, please fill in the appropriate blanks and return the form in your students folder. PAC AVAILABLE EXECUTIVE BOARD POSITIONS: Fundraising Chairperson- Looks for grants and funds available to our school and applies for them on the schools behalf. Volunteer Coordinator (Chairperson)- Recruits/Gathers volunteers and ensures they know what is expected, when and where to volunteer. After Grad Chairperson for Houghton Lake Middle School- Ensures that the middle school staff and students have proper communication from the PAC regarding fundraisers and events. Treasurer -Has responsibility for the safekeeping of the financial records of the Organization and accountability for all monies . Again, you may nominate yourself or someone else. The nominee must accept the nomination before voting. IF there are multiple nominees for any one position, a vote will be held Wednesday November 19th before and after school only.
