Hi All... Just need some advice, I was away on holidays and a big thank you to my hubby for not telling me when I was away ( he knows how upset I would have been )... 3 days after I left they noticed our boy winston limping on his back right leg. Took him to the vets and he had to go in for triple tibial osteotomy repair. His tibia had to be reshaped by making 3 cuts in the bone and has been put back together with plates and screws. Has anyone elses bully had this done and how have they been since the surgery. I know its a 3 month recovery process and its so hard to stop him doing things that he shouldnt be doing, especially when Im at work. We do place him in a playpen to settle him down etc... But he thinks he can do all the normal things like before the surgery. Am I just being a too over protective mum of our fur baby??
