Hi All, My torture/trauma started since the time,i ordered Hitachi AC from snapdeal(order# 2963732189) neglecting my friends advice not to buy from snapdeal. When i ordered this product it was suppossed to be delivered in 2 business day but got delivered in 3 weeks after all the harassment that i had to go through because of numerous calls and follow up to check the status of delivery. Finally when this product was getting delivered i thought this is end of my trauma but i was surprise to see that the real issue/trauma has just begun. When the service engineer opened the pack to install the AC they found it broken and raised a request for refund. Since then it is almost 3 weeks,i keep raising complaints with snapdeal regrding refund/replacement but hardly get any response apart from the autogenerated mail. I didt even get a single call from snapdeal for any sort of assistance. Completely dissapointed with snapdeal,probably have to raise this in comsumer forum and social media. Please share it and beware of Snapdeal :(
