Hi Amelia, I would love to join the Intermediate class on Tuesdays at 7:30 in Vauxhall! I am an ex gymnast (and qualified coach), although I havent practised either for a few years. My strength and flexibility is still good however. I work until 7pm so unfortunately cannot make it to the beginners class in order to get permission to join the intermediate. Could I meet with you on another occasion for a meet/greet/assessment, or would you permit me to pop along next Tuesday to join in and see how it goes? I cant wait to train again!
