Hi Australian Container Removals We recently used the services of your company to move our furniture from Sydney to Perth. We were on a limited budget and extremely worried about our furniture as we have had many horror stories about moving companies. ACR where very polite and helpful at the quoting stage and tendered a competitive quote that outlined all costs. Nothing was hidden. We elected to use ACR not purely based on cost but the professional service they showed us. We arranged a time and date to have the container delivered in Sydney and it actually turned up on time. The driver was well presented and cared about the drive way and surrounding area so as not to cause any damage. We loaded the container ourselves and rang back for pickup. The same drive attended again and once again he was extremely mindful not to damage our driveway or knock the container around. Away goes our furniture and we were wondering if we would ever see it again in that condition. A few days goes by and we received a message saying our furniture will be in Perth the next day. This made us relax a little. Then a few days later and we received a phone call to say furniture was safe in the holding yard and to ring when we want it. We were approx. a month before we found our house in Rockingham and rang to organize delivery. We were expecting a large increase in cost to travel out there. To our surprise no surprise costs. Once again the driver turned up when they organized and dropped the container with the same care and diligence as the Sydney driver did. We promptly unpacked the container and to our surprise no damage to anything at all. Container was then taken away and all our fears were unfounded.
