Hi Everybody, Just wanted to let you know that Nia classes start next week!!!! Mon.Sept. 22, Wed. Sept.24, Thurs. Sept.25. Monday 1pm ~ 39 Forest Hill Cr. Wednesday 10 am ~ Ballet Etc. Hwy 20 (across from Sobeys) Thursday 7pm ~ Ballet Etc. 10 week session is $80, 7 class pass for $60, drop-ins $10 To registered simply send me a message with your intention to move and be moved!
