Hi Everybody it is Jeanette & Annie & Dixie :) - Annie had to have her own special shot just for you all :) - JULY already - Yikes where gosh time flys by. My daughter turned 21 today. boy seems like yesterday John & I taking our little bundle of joy home.:) Do you all have big plans for the 4th? I have a great Lemonade Recipe I would like to share (You can use Strawberries if you dont like Raspberries) - You will need 1 cup rinsed Raspberries (6 oz), 2/3 cup of Sugar (half that if your using Splenda), 1 cup of fresh squeezed Lemon juice if you dont have fresh lemons dont sweat it use Lemon Juice and 2 cups of Water or enough for your liking. In a small bowl, with a potato smasher or spoon, mash 1 cup rinsed fresh raspberries with 2/3 cup sugar, let stand about 10 minutes. Press through a fine strainer into a pitcher (at least 1/12 quart) discard the seeds. Stir in 1 cup lemon juice and the 2 cups of water - Pour into tall ice filled glasses. For something fun wet the brim of your glasses and use blue colored sugar for a festive look :) - Kids enjoy it . HAVE A HAPPY AND SAFE 4th.
