Hi Everyone, Here are the details about tomorrows celebration. Students and employees/faculty will be allowed to wear casual/civilian clothing. But we encourage everyone to wear your favorite National-U Blue shirt to relive the experience during the Championship game. Music will play 6pm onwards only. Program 4pm - 7:15pm Games replay in the Video walls 6pm - 7:15pm Celebrities meet and greet 7:15 - 7:30pm Drummers/Pepsquadron boosting the Crowd 7:30 - 8:30pm Program proper(Introduction of athletes, video, speeches, etch) 8:30 - 9:30pm Athletes meet and greet 8:30-10:00pm Bands 10:00- onwards DJs/Dance Party Security/Parking Concerns 1. Color coded wrist bands will be issued to all employees, faculty, students, alumni and guests for the affair. This would help ensure security against strangers/ bad elements from coming into the party. Please make sure that you keep those Wrist bands on the whole night to avoid any inconvenience. 2. The Entrance for the event shall be the gate along F.Jhocson near the flagpole and the Exit will be at the gate along MF Jhocson (beside the trellies) ONLY. All other entrances such as the main escalator will be closed. 3. The perimeter of the National U will be closed to vehicular traffic. At 2pm onwards MF. Jhocson and F. Jhocson streets should be clear of any parked vehicles. 4. Parking in the Main building (for officers/deans) will not be allowed from 12 noon onwards. The faculty parking beside the Dentistry building remain available but cars will not be able to leave the area until after midnight.. The Barangay tanods have been assigned to help secure the vehicles along the other streets of Sampaloc. 5. At 6pm onwards - the MB 3rd floor and above will be closed, The JMB and Dentistry buildings will be closed entirely to prevent outsiders from coming into our buildings. All activities will be limited to the ground floor and the canteen only. Please coordinate with the security office for more details. Please be guided accordingly. Enjoy the day!
