Hi Everyone. I made it back home yesterday night from Cleveland Clinic. I am on the mend and feeling what is supposed to be normal. Normal is still a bit unpleasant, but I have all of the appropriate aches, pains, and infirmities, which at this point is good. I do have quite a lot of work ahead of me to get back to 100% but thats OK - Im blessed that the docs caught my aneurism, fixed it, and I now have many years ahead of me with family and friends like yourself. One complication which still dogs me is a partial loss of eyesight due to ischemic optic neuropathy. I know I have many people praying for restoration for that and welcome your prayers. Priority 1 is finding a fix-it-up chappy (MD) for that also. I truly appreciate all of your thoughts and prayers. It encouraged my family and me and helped us greatly through this difficult time, and it continues to. Much like Gods grace, it is a gift which I dont deserve, but it gives me peace and strength. Thanks to my beautiful wife Nina for sticking through all of this with me and getting me through it. And my kids for being brave. If you have a chance, give some encouragement to her as she is undoubtedly exhausted physically and emotionally, and needs a break from me :)
