Hi Everyone! On tonights call, well discuss putting together some talking points to aide people in preparing their comments to FERC. Well also discuss doing a Twitter training. I do them via conference call, so we could offer a training in place of one of these weekly calls or schedule a training for a different time. Let me know your thoughts if you cant be on the call tonight. The DRBC meeting is on Tuesday. Heres an excerpt from DRNs email with all the details you need: Date: December 9, 2014 Time: While not yet announced, meetings open for public testimony typically begin around 1:30 pm Place: Washington Crossing Historic Park Visitor Center, 1112 River Road, Washington Crossing, PA What you need to do: In the 10 days prior to the meeting you will want to sign up to testify during public comment, this is generally done by sending an email to Paula Schmitt [email protected]. You do not have to sign up in advance to testify, but it is a good idea in case there is a significant turnout. Plan to limit your testimony to the 3 minute time frame the Commissioners request of commenters and be prepared to focus your comments on how the PennEast pipeline project will involve a significant disturbance of ground cover affecting water resources of the basin and how it will affect the Delaware River and its tributary streams.
