Sean Astin – star of hit movies “The Goonies”, “Rudy”, and the “Lord of the Rings” Trilogy – is embarking in a new journey of citizen engagement with a political talk show based on the idea of respectful dialogue between everyday people learning about the hot issues of the day. His show is called Vox Populi: The Voice of the Occasionally Interested People and he’s inviting RESULTS to help him launch the premiere episode of his second season. Astin’s show focuses on civil discourse as a way to engage a public that tends to shy away from divisive, sensational media.
