Hi FB friends. I have not posted anything on FB because nothing was finalized. Marvin was diagnosed with kidney cancer in his right kidney. He is scheduled for surgery at 1:30p.m. on 9-4-14 at North Austin Medical Center. He will be having his entire right kidney removed. We have found out that his left kidney is his higher functioning kidney and it will function at approx. 25% after removing the right one. That is enough to keep him off of dialysis. Marvin is doing fine physically. He has no symptoms at all. This cancer was found accidentally by a kidney doctor that Marvin was sent to by his Endocrinologist. Marvin says he thinks he will become nervous when they wheel him into the operating room. We would appreciate it if you could put him in your prayers. Thank you.
