Primary Contact for customers/sales during Service Provisioning 2. Monitoring and tracking of Corporate Domestic Data Circuit Provisioning status. 3. Manage, plan and coordinate the provisioning of the Corporate Domestic Data Circuit. 4. Manage escalation and exception handling requests from customers/sales 5. Provide constant updates to customers on the progress of the implementation. 6. Update and maintain the accuracy of the maintenance records in Fault Reporting and Management System (FRMS). 7. Review the Order Workflow of the order in the provisioning system whenever there is a change in the provisioning information, e.g. installation address, in the midst of provisioning Key Responsibilities & Key Result Areas (Please include KPIs) 1. Track the implementation of Corporate Base Domestic Data Circuit Provisioning 2. Ensure customers are updated on the timeline and progress of implementation. 3. Coordinate with various stakeholders for implementation when required 4. Handle and manage escalations and exception cases. 5. Ensure all calls/emails enquiries assigned are attended within the specified timeframe 6. Provides quality updates to the customers/sales 7. Ensure request of the update of FRMS records is completed within the specified timeframe 8. Ensure the order workflow is completed within the specified timeframe whenever a Job Review request is triggered JOB SPECIFICATIONS Name of Job Holder: Job Title: IP PROVISIONING ENGINEER x 2 Job Level: Department/Group: GLOBAL SERVICE PROVISIONING / NETWORK MANAGEMENT / IPDE Reporting to: HASSIM MOHAMAD (OPERATION MANAGER, GLOBAL SERVICE PROVISIONING) Objectives/Purpose of the Job 1. IP provisioning (Megapop, ConnectPlus-IP) inclusive of VOIP & Managed Service (RMS, TOPS, RLAN, etc) 2. Manage the prompt implementation of IP service. 3. Manage the works order closure. Key Responsibilities & Key Result Areas (Please include KPIs) · Manage, track and implement service on local and global MPLS Network. · Ensure that all service deliveries are tracked and managed and services are delivered according to schedule, project plan and contract requirement · Work with System Integrators, Partners, customers and internal staffs to ensure on-time delivery. · Work with relevant stakeholders in Product Development and Customer Solutions to resolve customer network problem during implementation. · Liaise with FOB and/or SGO to conduct local circuit testing to the MPLS router. · Ensure local network diagram and diversity requirement are delivered accordingly · Track and monitor works-order job activities and update timely. To close order upon service commissioning. · To update customers records, network connectivity, network diagrams into FRMS. · Ensure proper verification of configuration prior to commissioning. · To carry out any other duties assigned by supervisor. Pre-requisites & Competencies Educational Level Must have: Diploma and IP qualification (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, etc) Good to have: Experience in PBX, VOIP, etc Working Experience Must have: Exposure on managing IP network See “Technical & Non-Technical Skills”. Good to have: Supervisory and leadership exposure. Technical Skills Required Good understanding of Global Telecommunication / IT services and solutions. Non-Technical/Soft Skills Required Self driven and energetic Resourceful and creative Possess strong leadership skills. Able to project strong, positive image of self and Company. Able to build good customer relationships at all levels. Regional exposure and MNC experience Able to present well This is a 2 years direct contract and the work location is at Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
