Hi Facebook friends and family! Im here looking for your help! Ill try to keep it short :) My sister Missy is in the process of developing a charitable organization aimed at collecting and distributing used Halloween costumes to children whose families are not as fortunate as yours and mine. (foster children, children in battered women and children shelters, low income schools, boys and girls clubs, etc). And with Halloween over just a few short weeks ago, now is a great time to seek your help! If you have any gently used Halloween costumes that you no longer need or have a use for, we would love to have them to start building the collection. In the scheme of life, Halloween seems somewhat insignificant. But, its a childhood memory that all of us have and our children have too! Its not going to change the world...but if it can make these kids feel more normal for just one day, I think its the least we could do! If you would like to donate, please let me know and we can find a way to collect. If you are a friend from home, we have a collection spot in Herscher (my brother Brads) and my mom also lives in the Limestone area. Thank you so much for reading this!
