Hi Folks, I have a problem with videos in a full slider on Divi - TopicsExpress

Hi Folks, I have a problem with videos in a full slider on Divi and would really appreciate some help. I can see the video on my machine, my wife can see it on her (3 yr old) PC in her office but the client cannot see it on an 18 month old laptop running Windows 8. The link his edwardsweeneyelectrical.ie/home/ and there is a video looping in the slider. The picture below is what he sees. What am I doing wrong? how come some can see it and others cannot? Would really appreciate an answer on this one, it driving me nuts.
