Hi Folks! While we are building up steam for the Tampa Show in October we thought it would be nice to share a little hint of what it is like to work with Chocolate. This little Vid just scratches the surface of tempering but its fun to know. This is as basic as it comes, yet it scares so many people. Give it a try! Just make sure you have REAL Chocolate and not those hobby melting things. *shiver* Might as well eat a candle. ANYHOO... Chef Greweling has a few books out there as well if you want to know more. And yes...Chocolate dipped pickles are a thing. ;) Happy Howles!
