Hi Friends. Many of you know we have an Amazon wish list. The item that is perhaps the highest on her wish list is the Microchip Reader. This one item is quite expensive at $400. Although it is quite expensive The reason for us asking for a scanner and microchips, is that we spend $50.00 - $80.00 depending on the vet for each Dane to get micro-chipped. With this scanner and chips we would cut the cost to $15.00 per Dane. This would allow the donations we receive to go so much further in caring for the incoming fosters. Asking one person to donate that is quite a daunting request. So, if 40 people were to donate $10 through our Pay Pal, with a message to apply for cost of scanner, then we would have the ability to buy it at that time.
