Another key area that we would evaluate is your experience in Non-functional testing (performance, scalability, usability etc) & test strategy, estimation & test planning. Preparation areas: •Test life cycle & bug management (i.e. severity, priority etc.) •Automation frameworks (concepts, design principles) •Development concepts – object oriented concepts (ability to write pseudo codes) •Non-functional testing concepts •Test strategy, estimations P.S : This position is not for product team but for services team.
