Hi Greg We just wanted to send you a message to say thank you for everything you did in relation to our recent house sale. From the moment you came to value our property through to the very end we were reassured we were receiving a quality and honest service. We are indebted to you for the support and advice you have offered us throughout the process, not just with our sale but the helpful advice and guidance you gave us about our purchase - even though these(!) were with other agents. Were not quite at exchange with property #2 but are hopeful we are nearly there!! We are convinced whole heartily that you got the absolute best price for our property (considering our previous agent wanted to drop our asking price below what we eventually sold for) and cannot thank you enough. We are sure it wasnt an easy task, along with the overseas element once that all important offer came in. Following our nasty experience with the other agents in the last few weeks for our own purchase, I keep telling everyone the importance of finding an agent who actually cares that you do get to completion. I certainly will be banging the drum for the independent agents, and in particular yourself (of course) whenever someone mentions to me they are thinking of moving house, as we certainly had no complaints and were totally satisfied with every element of the service you provided. I know my mum in particular was very reassured to know when we hit a problem (and there were a few!) you were at the end of the phone with very sound advice.
