Hi Hayley Toet , So glad to have you on board. You can make and donate whenever you like, no time limit as this will be ongoing. It can be just one item or several totally up to you. It doesnt have to be limited to just hats, it can be anything you would like to make ie: hats, blankets, crochet/knitted toys, booties, mittens etc etc. they will all be very gratefully received. If you have a look through all the posts here youll get the idea of what myself and the rest of the group are doing. What I plan on doing is posting a photo of my hats when Im sending them. I would love to see yours also. This way we can keep a tally of how many we send. I feel so good about doing this!!! My grandson is a HeartKid, hes now 11 and had his first open heart surgery at only 8 weeks of age!! His condition is not curable at this point in time, and he has had a lot of open heart surgery and other procedures at the Royal Childrens Hospital, the work they do is amazing, and families have to come from all over Australia to have their babies/children operated and cared for there.
