Hi, I am Sandi Woolley, Owner of Cassandras Closet. For the last 8 years, our mission has been to strive for excellence, integrity and customer satisfaction. We believe that a successful relationship is one where our clients and staff are both satisfied with the entire consignment and sales experience. On the rare occasion that we fall short, we do out best to make it right for our clients. Recently, there was an unfortunate encounter with a consignor due to a series of miscommunications and follow through on our part. We fell short of her expectations and ours. Typically, these are easily resolved without incident. In this case, our client was not seeking a simple resolution, but chose to escalate the situation to the extreme, whereas, I had to call the police when she refused to leave the premises. I am saddened by this incident, but it is never okay to verbally abuse my staff or me. I have already used this situation to update training and procedures for me and my staff to improve internal communication and processes so this type of issue can be avoided in the future. The good news is that I was able to successfully settle the matter with her husband the next day. I treasure our clients and we will continue with the excellence we have presented for the past 8 years. Thank you for your continued support. We look forward to seeing you in the near future.
