Hi I am contacting you on behalf of Friends of Tarleton Holy Trinity C of E Primary School. The Friends are a registered charity, set up on a volunteer only basis by the parents whose children attend the school. Our fundraising efforts help to raise funds to replace essential educational equipment and resources for our village school, which unfortunately the school cannot afford due to its tight budget constraints. We run numerous fundraising events throughout the year as a team, including Movie Nights, Quiz Nights, Bingo & Disco’s for the children & parents, but our two largest events are The Summer Fair, which this year is on Saturday 12th July 2014 and our Annual Fundraising Ball on 19th July 2014. In 2012 Nethermoss Archers (Vlada Priestman and two others) were kind enough to come along and spend the afternoon at our Olympic themed Spring Fair. This turned out to be one on the most popular activities on the day. This year our Summer Fair theme is a Medieval Day Out and we are looking for themed activities for our visitors to take part in and feel that archery is a perfect activity to fit this theme. As a team we would be extremely grateful if you could support our efforts and help make this event as successful as possible by attending and running archery tasters. In return you will be able to promote your club. As a volunteer committee we are working hard to raise money and feel that your precious time would be invaluable to our success.
