Hi I have a bit of a dilemma. I’m getting married at the end of the year and throughout this time of planning, my MOH has been unreliable. She is one of my closest friends but she doesn’t seem to want to communicate, or help me with things even though she says she does (when I do hear from her). I’ve opened up to her about communicating with me, and that I really need her support during this time, and to let me know if she has a problem etc but she says she’s fine and is still happy with fulfilling the role. The problem is she isn’t doing anything that I’ve asked and instead one of my other girls in the line is actually doing it all! This is my problem. Do I demote my current MOH as her actions show me she is clearly not interested, and promote my other friend to MOH as she is doing everything a MOH should be doing? This is tricky as I want no drama (-_-) Please keep anonymous
