Hi, I have a spare room for rent starting August/September 2014. Ideally I would like a Spanish or Italian speaking flatmate to maintain my Spanish/Italian which I speak quite fluently. About the flat: It is located in the heart of the west end, 2-3min walk to supermarkets, bus, subway, bars, restaurants, banks etc.. The flat is fully furnished with central heating, double glazing, washing machine, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, power shower, wifi. In general, everything is already set up so there is not much in terms of responsibilities. The rent is very affordable and duration of stay is negotiable.
