Hi Im Tom James and I’ll be answering your questions today. Im on the generalist Fast Stream within the Welsh Government and working in a devolved government has provided me with a really wide range of postings and experience. I am currently Head of Health and Wealth policy, which aims to maximise the economic value we get in Wales from our healthcare spend. My previous role was as Head of Climate Change policy, a hugely cross cutting area of work on both national and international fronts. Ive also led on the set up of the first Tribunal to be established under Wales only legislation, have managed an internal business change programme and was a Regulator for Welsh social housing providers.
