Hi, Im about to meet with a property manager to rent my 7 bedroom farm house, but thought I would offer it to the community first. The house is 1907, amazing two story farmhouse. Two yards, two porches & 4 gardens. The house has wood floors throughout, a beautiful kitchen, Italian tiles, stainless steel appliances etc....there are two bathrooms, one with a claw foot tub. There is a sauna, fireplace & stain glass chicken coop/ chickens. Currently we all pay $600 to live her, and there are 5 of us. The Morgage is 2,999. This leaves two extra empty rooms to either use for your crafts or guests, or yo rent out as you wish. We are asking for a one year lease, $3000 monthly rent, plus $1500 deposit. If you have friends or a family and are ready to rent as a community, let me know. This will be available by October 1st.
