Hi, Im currently doing split sets of Badass and wanting to do other single workouts but unsure of what I can do with what (combinations) etc , I have most of the Ebooks, butt bible , deadlifts , Abs, spectacular chest, delts to die for etc, just unsure of an actuall routine and which I can do together, I normally have around an hr a day , please help ? As I dont want to overdue a muscle group , thanks so much -Sharon Answer: Badass vol 2 is created with different splits in it. Look at the muscle group splits and then copy it. Pick routines from the ebooks you have and combine! If you overdo it youll notice lack of progress and decreased strength.
