Hi K20A Just posting as I could do with some help from you good people please. I have a K swapped EG which has been running faultlessly. K20A2 swap from a UKDM EP3. Recently decided to upgrade my OEM TB to a Hybrid Racing 70mm. And now I have a high idle. Ive checked for any leaks with brake cleaner going all over the intake mani and tb gaskets with no pick up of the revs so sure its not a air leak. Ive also tried re-scaling the TPS sensor, cleaned my IACV (which spins free as anything), lowering the IACV bar down in K manager, lowering the idle down in K manager which kinda of helps but still idling at around 1900rpm. Is there anything else I can check? Or have missed. One thing Ive noticed is the butterfly when shut you can see light through it in the center on the edge (maybe about a 1mm hole down the side of the flap but you can definitely see the light through it). It was running perfectly before the upgrade. The only change has been the RBC which Ive ported to 70mm and the Hybrid Racing 70mm throttle body. Any help would be massively appreciated. Thanks Dan
