Hi LA Folks, especially those with contacts in the Ventura area -- Do you recognize this little dog, named HALO? She may have been recently adopted by a friend or neighbor. If so, please read Halos story here and below. HALO went missing in September and her owner tirelessly searched for her, including posting to missing pet sights and Craigslist frequently if not daily ever since. In a bittersweet twist Halo was found by animal rescuers, cleaned up and adopted out to a new family. When the rescuers posted the rescue and adoption story, folks in the lost pet community immediately made the connection and knew it was Cynthia Romes HALO. Sadly, the rescuers who found HALO and adopted her out are saying there is nothing they can do, its too late as the dog has already been adopted. Were hoping to put Cynthia directly in touch with the new family so they can work together to figure out a solution to this conundrum. In my opinion, HALO should go back to his loving owner who had him since she was a small pup. Please keep an eye out and share to as many people as possible. If we do, almost certainly this message will get to HALOS new adopters. More detailed story below.
