Hi Loyal Railfans, our Christmas Tree Trains start next - TopicsExpress

Hi Loyal Railfans, our Christmas Tree Trains start next Saturday.November 29th. We will be running 3 trains daily until Christmas; departing Yacolt 9:30, noon and 2:30. We are offering a great family package, 4 train tickets and a tree for $60 Doug Fir), $70 (Grand Fir) and $80 (Noble Fir) The tickets are worth $64, this is a great deal. All of our trees are 7-8 feet in height. Table toppers may be available, ask the tree team, they run in cash only, so bring cash for a good deal. Our Saturday noon trains are the most popular and sell out first. Our reservation system only shows indoor seats in heated cars. We have about 60 seats in an open car (my favorite) for the hardy folks. If the train shows full and you are tough, come out and ride the open car as a standby passenger, same price. Those seats are first-come, first served. We will have a few extra trees, so hopefully we can help everybody. Please arrive at least 20 minutes early to collect your boarding pass For those new passengers to our Christmas tree runs, we have very fresh local (Amboy) precut trees for you to select. When you pick your boarding pass at the depot before the train ride, we give you a tree ticket. Our tree team at our Moulton Station stop will help you pick out your tree and then load it for you onto a flatcar with will return your tree to our parking lot to load into your car/truck. While you are at Moulton Station, the kids can visit with Santa and we have warm cocoa, cider and hot coffee. Lots of cookies and a warm fire as well. Why not travel earlier or later and stop by Gail and Dorothys Double Bar L Family Restaurant across the street from our depot. Please allow plenty of time for Gail to prepare a home style meal. Lillys omelet and the Nate burger are my personal favorite. You can also take your validated boarding passes to Moulton Falls Winery for a free wine tasting after the train ride. Please remember, we are a non-profit organization and this is our biggest fund raiser for the the year. We hope to see you on our trains. Thanks, Randy President, Chelatchie Prairie Railroad bycxpresident@gmail
