Hi My Local Friends..... Having returned from Australia I have decided to pursue a new career in Sports Therapy. I am studying for an Advanced Diploma (level 5) in Sports Therapy in Manchester at the Active Health Group over the next six months. This qualification and my interest in sport/stress management links in with my PE degree and teaching of biology over the last few years. I have just completed an 15 hour introduction in applying a Sports Massage. Part of my course requirement is to gain practice in delivering this deep tissue massage. This type of massage will help a sports person, but also people with tight or sore backs, legs in normal day to day jobs.
