Hi. My name is Anna Smyth, I am a Beach Body Coach, a licensed Addictions Counselor and a Marriage and Family therapist. I am an addict myself with 27 years of recovery. However, my biggest struggle has always been my battle with my being overweight and overeating. I have tried everything to lose weight and have spent plenty of money to do so: nutrisystem, weight watchers, food addiction treatment, the zone, personal trainers, gym memberships, the south beach diet, have read all the Geneen Roth books, Atkins and others, etc. But I finally believe I have the answer. Being a Beach Body Coach, drinking Shakeology (a meal replacement nutritional power house delicious shake) and doing the state of the art Beach Body workouts at home (P90X, Insanity, T25 are a few) have enabled me to lose 27 lbs since April and make a profit too. I still have a long way to go but because I am literally making it my business and making money doing it, I will continue to recommit to eating healthy and working out!!
