Hi Presidents Families, We hope you all enjoyed last weeks carnival and auction! With school coming to a close we would like to do a BBQ lunch for our teachers. The last day of school for the students is Wednesday the 12th, however the Teachers will be in school until Thursday the 13th. We have decided to have a BBQ for them on that day so they can have a lovely quiet lunch outside with their co workers. If you can please donate any of the following please let us know. We have approximately 40 people to feed Hamburger patties Veggie burgers Turkey burgers Hamburger buns Lettuce Tomato Pickles Onions Cheese Mayonnaise Ketchup Mustard Relish Baked beans 4 Salads (green, pasta, potato, etc.) 4 Deserts Drinks (Water, juice, soda, punch, etc.) Paper plates Plastic Utensils Napkins Paper bowls Thank you so much in advance!
