Hi Team, here is another Bag Conditioning Challenge which is a killer of a way to finish your strike session. All you need is a heavy bag or wall mounted strike surface and at least 8 meters of room length. 5 rounds of 5 minutes and aim to keep your output constant. 1. 10 x Jab + Cross ÷ Jumping Knee (alternate your knees per rep). 2. 10 × Left Uppercuts with power. 3. 10 x Right Uppercuts with Power. 4. High Guard Plyo Lunges 5. 10 x Swith Croc Pushups. 6. Length on the room Frog Walks up and back. REPEAT. Good luck and let us know how you go.
