Hi, We are TNR of Warren. We are a 501c3 located in Northeastern Ohio. We began in 2008 after a group of us became concerned over the cats in one of our public parks. We enlisted the aid of a local veterinarian and so it began. Almost 6,000 spayed and neutered cats later, we now bring a mobile clinic to town several times a year and have additional vets on board. In addition to our TNR program, we began a low-income spay neuter program in an effort to keep cats in homes and not in the neighborhoods contributing to the feral population. We feel that if you bring affordable spaying and neutering to low-income families then when the cat starts howling and spraying instead of being booted out the door,more times then not, the cat will remain in the home teaching responsibility, providing companionship and a love for animals.
