Our client is leading insurance company in Singapore Position- 5*Telesales Executive Responsibilities: • Attend to inbound enquiries through the hotline, ensuring that all sales enquiries are handled promptly • Identify sales opportunities for cross/up-selling of products • Follow up on enquiries and promote direct business product activations • Conduct outbound phone calls to policyholders to market products and services • Generate direct sales through the internet, phone or fax • Undertake any other duties or projects as assigned by the supervisor or Head of Section Requirements: • Minimum 3 GCE O Levels with relevant telesales experience • Experience in insurance industry with relevant insurance qualifications, i.e. BCP and PGI will be advantageous • Possess good verbal communication and customer service skills • Highly motivated and sales-oriented • IT Savvy and able to multi task Outbound and Inbound positions available. Good command over English and Chinese( To liase with Chinese Speaking clients) 5-day work-week with office hours. 9am to 6pm Work Location: Tampines Salary Range $1.8k to $2.2k (depending on experience)plus Incentive.
