Company - UK Base MNC Location - Gurgaon Shift Timings - UK Shift Cab facility provided Job Description : Its a simple process (Voice based - British accent) wherein UK customer calls to a Gurgaon based call center and places his order or complaint on any issues. The SOP team function primarily would be to take order placement and amendment assistance to the UK customer base, adhering to the relevant cut off times, to include the processing of credit notes and complaint logging; act as the first point of contact for all customers whether existing or new. Objectives: 1. Provide assistance to customers wishing to place or amend orders within the agreed cut off timings, accurately processing orders using the checks in place. 2. Effectively log all customer complaints within the system and provide the unique reference number to the customer. 3. Review, evaluate and, where appropriate, update functional procedures to ensure systems are sufficient to achieve excellent customer service and departmental performance standards. 4. Provide regular and specific reporting to the Customer Service Manager through the daily, weekly and monthly performance & service level and KPIs reports 5. Contribute to the formation, implementation and delivery of the Groups strategy for the Supply Chain and Distribution functions. 6. Provide direction to the Sales Order Support Team through effective communication, setting of clear objectives and regular appraisal. 7. Liaise with National Account Manager regarding the planning, execution and delivery of Special Events to the Companys customers. Please validate your interest level for the same.
