DIP Trainer · Associate Degree in Industrial/Safety/Vocational Education plus 4 years’ experience or High School with 11 years related experience · Instructs trainees on Driving behaviors and techniques · 4-6 year experience in delivering industrial training and facilitating workshops is preferred. · International Certification in the relevant training is preferred. · Driving in the desert experience (Off-Road) experience is preferred HEOP Trainer · Minimum High School with 11 years hands-on work experience heavy equipment operations. · Possess working knowledge of American Society Mechanical Engineers 30. 2, .3, .4, & .5 and American Petroleum Institute -2C & 2D · Must have Tower, Crawler, pedestal and mobile crane experience. · Operate 200 ton and above cranes · Able to read and explain the load chart, radius diagram. · Crane rigger experience with the ability to understand and explain the lifting plan. · Familiar on operating the earth moving equipment · Experience in operating a Forklift. 2X Truck Trainer · Minimum High School with 11 year experience in Oil & Gas mobile truck operations with preferred hands-on skills with refuler, suction, tanker, small ladder, manlift and diesel trucks · Must possess wide experience in driving heavy trucks and basic mechanics as well as Safe and defensive Driving Training experience. · Experienced in Off-Road Training Operator Trainer · Minimum High School with 11 years’ experience as a qualified Supervising or Control board Operator for the Oil & Gas/ Petrochemical industry or BSc with minimum 4 years’ experience). · Experienced in One or more of the following Processes: Distillation/fractionation, reactor/catalytic, cryogenic, hydro treating, GOSP, WIP, utilities or tank farm operations. DCS experience Preferred. Instrument Technician Trainer [PCST] · Minimum High School with 11 years’ experience in Pneumatic, Electronic and Digital Instrumentation in Oil/Gas Industry or BSc with minimum 4 years’ experience). · Experience should include PM of Field Devices (DVCs, Smart Transmitters, conventional Transmitters, Valves, Controllers and FF devices). · Troubleshooting Process Control Systems. · Knowledge and experience on DCS (Yokogawa Centum, HoneywellTDC300, DeltaV) and PLC (Tricon, Siemens, AB) is an advantage. Electrical Trainer BS Degree in Electrical Engineering with 6 Years’ experience as Maintenance Engineer or High School with 11 years’ experience as technician in Class 1, Division 1, Oil & Gas Petrochemical Plants, with hands-on skills in maintenance and installation of electrical equipment and distribution system. Medium and high voltage substation experience required. Familiar with electrical industry codes, Arc Flash and shock hazards, work permit and lockout procedures Able to troubleshoot and repair AC machines , and UPS systems and Motor operated valves , using electrical/ electronic, test equipment, schematics and one line diagrams. Experience in the repair of HV power transformers, ESD, battery monitoring and charging system. Able to interpret logic diagrams & ladder diagrams. Basic operation / programming of PLC. Mechanical Trainer · 4 years’ experience as degreed Mechanical Engineer or High School with 11 years field experience as a mechanical maintenance technician in oil and gas or petrochemical industries. · Experience in disassembly, inspection and repair of valves, pumps, gearboxes, and compressors. Experience in operating lathe machines is preferred. · Knowledge and experience in the following mechanical subjects: Bearings and Lubrication, LASER alignment, Vibration analysis, motor operated valve actuators, Mechanical seals, and Turbines. Welding Trainer · Minimum High School with 11 Years’ experience as a welder working in oil & gas/petrochemical industry Candidate should have served minimum 3 years apprenticeship or approved CITB training · Candidate should have hands on experience of SMAW method, welding of structural steelwork and Pipe welding of carbon steel, using both E-6010 and E-7018 electrodes for open root, fill, and cap, plate sizes up to ¾ inch thickness and pipe sizes from 1 inch up to 8 inch schedule 40 – schedule 140 pipe or BSc with minimum 6 years’ experience). · Candidate should have hands on experience in GTAW of Stainless steel, Carbon Steel and low alloy pipe welding of small bore pipe 1 inch to 2 ½ inch diameter · Candidates should have been certified to 100% Radiographic standards in accordance with any of the following: AWS, ASME/ANSI, API, BS, ASTM Codes and standards for welding certification. Pipefitter / fabricator Trainer · 11 Years’ experience as a pipefitter fabricator in the oil & gas/petrochemical industry, Must read fabrication drawings isometric & orthographic projections, able to develop material lists and fabrication templates for the projects or BSc with minimum 6 years’ experience). · Plans work assignments to determine materials, equipment, and tools requirements to determine materials, equipment, and tools requirements in fabricating threaded, welded and non-metallic pipe spool fabrication. · Cut, threads, bends joints, and assembles pipe for fitting and fabrication (Ferrous/Non Ferrous/Non-Metallic). · Cut, prepares, bends, and drills plate for fabrication. · Perform Hydrostatic testing of pipe spools. Knowledge of rigging equipment and procedures helpful. Safety Trainer · Minimum BSc in Industrial Safety relevant to engineering discipline from a recognized institute or university. Possess safety professional certification such as OSHA, NEBOSH Certificate or NSC Advanced Certificate Ten (6) years’ experience in delivering industrial safety training and facilitating workshop is preferred. Hands-on experience in industrial safety management and oil / gas plants operation and/or petrochemical industry would be beneficial. Expertise in process hazard analysis, Emergency, response program, risk communication, risk assessment, qualitative / quantitative & Hazard communication. Metal Fabricator Minimum High School with 11 Years’ experience as a metal fabricator in the oil & gas/petrochemical industry or BSc with minimum 6 years’ experience · Must read fabrication drawings isometric & orthographic projections, able to develop material lists and fabrication templates for the projects or BSc with minimum 6 years’ experience). · Must be able to cut, prepares, bends, and drills plate for fabrication Surveying Trainer Minimum High School with 11 Years’ experience or a Civil Engineer or preferably a Geodetic Engineer holding a Professional Practice Certificate or License. He must have a minimum of 4 years of work experience covering different classes of surveys such as but not limited to Preliminary Surveys, Lay-out Surveys and Control Surveys. Must possess wide experience in both basic and advanced aspects of surveying practice. He must also be proficient in handling both basic and advanced surveying instruments It will be a 1 year renewable contract on rolls of SRACO for a giant oil and gas company in KSA. It will be a single status residential position with 30 days’ vacation once in a year after end of a year. Travelling expenses will be given by client for the vacation.
