Hi Zane, i wrote to you awhile ago. My issue was about my ex trying to legitimize my daughter. I tried to be nice and let him see her for fathers day. All he wanted to do was take pictures for Facebook and Instagram. He claim he had stuff for her but was empty handed. He bashes me on social media and pretends to care about my daughter. He was ordered to pay child support of $604 a month and hasnt made one payment. I have been doing everything by myself for over a yr. He has threaten my life and my daughters. I dont trust him with her he never asked about her or do anything for her. I just want to keep her protected, he already tried to kill us before. MY RESPONSE: You need to get a protective order against him to protect you and your child and you also need to try to move away as soon as possible. It does not sound like their is a custody order in place, just a child support order. If you do not have full custody, you need to file for it. I am not sure what you mean by he already tried to kill us before but the last concern you should have is him bashing you on social media. You should not even go on his pages to see what he is saying. There is no way he needs to be near either one of you. I hope you take my advice. This is vey serious.
