As I already mentioned, I am going to answer the questions from the Q&A session as general posts and not as individual answers due to the volume of questions and so that all can benefit :) HERE IS CATEGORY ONE ANSWER: For those of you that asked about the relationship between DIET AND STRESS, a diet high in sugary, fatty and salty processed foods will weaken your brain and bodys ability to deal with stress positively.
