Hi all. Here is the latest on our bionic man Myles. Its 7pm on Thursday. The procedure today to remove the blood in his lung was unsuccessful (blood was too thick to go through the needle catheter), so tommorow he has a more invasive surgery scheduled to try to remove the blood. Meanwhile, he is getting additional blood via transfusion, so there is still internal bleeding somewhere. More tests scheduled to try to locate the source. Plus, tomorrow the surgeon will GO BACK to the broken ankle, and add more stuff - screw and plates. Yes, another surgery. So two surgeries tomorrow plus tests for internal bleeding. Pain meds galore....no talk about discharge, and still too weak for visitors. What a roller coaster ride!!
