Hi all...I found this post online and wondered if any of you have received this info into your back office or by email - probably BS buy I decided to share it with you all and get your take on it?? ______________________________________________________ new info could it come back ???? Dear AGN Members, There have some updates to the AGN back office, members can now see their ArgentPay wallet balance & the pending withdraws have been returned to the AGN wallet. The temporary debt cards have been shipped to the following Countries:USA, Italy, Ireland, Portugal, Japan, Great Britain, Brazil, as well as countries with smaller member groups. We are awaiting the phone number for members to activate their debt cards & website for KYC updates. This communication came from a friend of AGN. “We have been aware of all the problems & issues our agents have encountered with RapidPay Global over the past few months, until now we have not been able to let you know exactly what has been happening because of legal implications. But today it is with great pleasure that we can officially announce we are no longer affiliated with RPG and are connecting everyone directly to the banking system through Cascadia, without RPG in the middle. So things should operate much more smoothly. We were not happy with the way RPG was being developed and managed (over which we had no control) or the way we and our agents were being treated. The customer service and communication were not professional and the platform did not work efficiently. Cascadia, working through a cash management account is still the best and only safe option in the market today. No action is currently required by our agents the database will be migrated directly from RPG to the new platform together with all balances intact, and a new card. We are in receipt of new cards but will not send them until we switch from RPG to the new platform as - this will cause activation problems. Your current cards and account will continue to work until then. The new platform is ready and we are in the process of integrating our admin system with the new platform. Please watch this weeks webinar posted in your back office and keep an eye on the latest updates for more information during the coming week. We wish RPG well in their business and we thank them for their efforts.” This letter confirms that AGN was not the only company that was mislead by RapidPay Global.
