Hi all I have been ask to put a fish tank in our local Extend a care Center here in Vulcan. The administrator has requested a saltwater tank. After much discussion, He agreed that a tank with fish only is the best way to go. They have found that a fish tank is a southing therapy. Some of the residences have Alztimers, some have Dimentia, (sorry about the spelling) and some have medical issues. So, the big question...does anyone have any tanks around the 30 to 50 gallons size that they would like to donate to our care center. If you happen to have any lights, heaters, and filters that might go with the tank, that would be appreciated to. With a donation of equipment, a sign will go up stating who has donated to this project. I am going to look after the tank for them and over a period of time, colorful fish will be added for all to enjoy. If you happen to have a tank that is sitting around and you dont need or want it anymore, please consider donating it.
