Hi all, In Newsletter 5#, we noted that we were preparing another leaflet, which is now complete and a copy of the front will be posted here for your information. The reverse will have the Before/After map on it that was included in Newsletter 5#. Youll see that we have included information on the date and venue for our next public meeting, at Gawber Community Centre, at 7pm on Friday 21 March. We would have preferred a Saturday afternoon, as last time, but the centre was unavailable then. We hope youll be able to come, when well update you on actions arising since Newsletter 5# was issued. The leaflet artwork for the leaflet is going to the printers on Monday and we hope to have 1400 copies back by the weekend, for hand delivery. Any assistance anyone can give to assist with distribution would be most welcome. Were looking into putting together a short Powerpoint presentation to assist in the proceedings at the meeting. If anyone reading this has access to a suitable projector and is prepared to loan it for a day or so wed be very interested to hear from you. An important part of our approach to this issue is gaining support from interested parties in Higham, Barugh Green and Redbrook, as well as Pogmoor and Gawber. To this end, we may hold a further meeting at a location closer to those communities, if theres a demand. In the meantime, were anxious to speak to anyone who can help spread the word in those areas.
