Hi all, Our dress rehearsal for the December show A Musical Storm will be held at The century Theatre (Snibston Discovery Park, Coalville) on... 1) Saturday 13th December - 12pm - 3pm 2) Sunday 14th December - 11am - 2pm We have split the rehearsal in to 2 parts in hope that the children can make at least 1 day. Preferably we would like everyone there on both days, this would work better for the kids and ensure that they are ready and comfortable with their costume changes/routines/changing areas etc. We are very aware that it is Santa Clause time :) and people are busy and have other arrangements etc. But if you can make both days it would be appreciated. Our babies that join us on a Saturday from 10.00am-10.45am will only need to be with us for 1 hour on Saturday 13th. This way they can all do their morning class as usual and then head over to meet us at the show venue for 12 oclock. I hope this suits everybody. Please feel free to give me a call with any questions or concerns. Primary Classes will not run on Saturday 13th at the studio, they will instead take place at the Century Theatre. So please bring the Saturday Primary children to the Theatre for 12pm please. For the babies, we will have enough staff and senior children from the Academy to help them change/do toilet runs and take care of them, therefor parents are invited to wait in the cafe area at the front of the Theatre where the children will be returned to you at 1pm. The cost for each day which covers the Theatre hire is £5 per child. £2 for Babies. Please have this sealed in an envelope on arrival with your child/chidrens names clearly marked. For anyone who hasnt had or ordered a costume yet, dont panic, everything is being taken care of and you will be contacted shortly. And last but not least, If you havent yet ordered any show tickets please get them ordered asap to avoid disappointment. Our Sunday show is now a sell out. Seats are still available for both Saturday Performances. Please Check the notice board at the studio for details. This info will also be given to you in a letter next week and myself and Miss Ellie will be around to answer any questions or concerns. All children will need to be dropped off at the main reception at the above times and dates. Many Thanks Xx
