Split the costs to make it cheaper) Lucky Little Paws Kimberly Gifford Photography Stef Cats Adelaide Jumping Castles. I am still awaiting a couple of confirmation from others. Costs - Irrigation Mark Out, $120. 11 stall holders to share costs, $11 each The original Insurance Quote was $330, still awaiting confirmation back from them. Working on these figures, Jumping Castle, HSFO and Guardian Angel have their own insurance. Costs to 9 stallholders, $37 at the moment. If we get more stall holders, it will be less. Mandy Faerie from Blue Fire Reiki unfortunately cant make it on the day, but has donated 2 X $50 vouchers that can be raffled. They will be $2 a ticket, to be drawn at 3:00 pm. All proceeds will be split evenly between the Stallholders (except for the Jumping Castle). Hopefully if we can sell 100 tickets on the day, it will bring $20 to each stallholder. Mandy has also arranged for me to go on 88.7 Adelaides Coast FM Radio on Tuesday night to give the Event media exposure (from 8:15 pm.) People can start setting up from 8:30 to 9:00. Once you have come in and dropped gear of, all vehicles must leave the Parklands. ($90 fines can be given. trailer BBQ has exemption). You can use sand weights or pegs to hold down tents (You cannot use water weights, ACC condition). If you are bringing any furbabies, can you please make sure that you have hand washing facilities at your stall. There will be a BBQ being run by Moorook, or we are right behind the Kiosk. Toilets are approx. 50 metres from area. At approximately 1:00 pm, we will have the fun judging. Cutest looking Dog, Cutest Looking Cat, Dog Owner/Carer looks like each other, Cat Owner/Carer looks like each other. Still looking for some prizes, so if anyone wants to donate a prize or sponsor a category, please do so. You can start packing up by about 3:30-4:00 to bring vehicles back in to load them up. Main thing on the day is to get the word out about your Shelter/Rescue/Sanctuary and hopefully raise some much needed funds, but most of all is to have fun.
