Hi all! Sorry for such a long abcense, moving kept us very busy! Spencer is doing great!! Learning new words almost everyday! He is sitting up without needing to be propped up and is acting like he wants to scoot. He loves when we hold him up so he can make walking motions with his legs now too! He is feeling great, smiles and giggles most of the day lately, i think he likes it here. Spencers right arm is giving resistance now, a strong bicept resistance, and his left hand is showing alot of movement as well. He is getting better in so many ways, we can only hope this means his tumors are either stable still, or getting smaller. We went to his first docotr appt today at Loma Linda hospital. It went well. His new doc is a young woman, somewhat new to this speciality, but she is very nice. She is eager to learn about Spencer and his diagnosis, and was very happy i had all his medical records and all his scans on cd disks for her. She thinks he will be ok to wait until the end of August for a return visit, as she wants to go over his scans and records and share them with the other docs for more opinions. She also requested for us to get the actual samples of his tumors taken by the other docs back in feb, sent to her pathologist for review. Its like we are getting the second opinion i wanted all this time!
