Hi all. Thank you to all that attended the meeting this afternoon, it went well and everything seems to be coming together quite nicely, but theres still lots to be done. We have produced a rota of tasks to be done for the whole entire day right through from Sports day, Picnic BBQ & Summer Fair. Robyn Clarke, I need you to confirm bookings for Summer Fair and Nicola Sales Tapp, if you could chase up any leads on raffle prizes/donations as we cant organize lay-out of fair, Emma Holley cant arrange prizes for raffle,etc and we dont know what is required to purchase, ie. coffee, sugar, etc! Posters & flyers have been produced ready to go out with this weeks newsletter regarding the Summer Ball. Robyn brought in the samples of the year 6s prom invitations this afternoon, they look great and everyone at todays gathering have agreed them so shell be busy sorting the rest out ready to hand out on Friday! Well done. Also, Nicola could you confirm the disco (running times of disco are from 4pm - 8.30pm) and photographer for the Summer Ball (prom will run from 7pm - 8.30pm), as we only have a week left and we dont want anyone to let us down last minute! We have arranged another meeting for next Tuesday, same place, same time, so WILL need ALL info for both the Fair & Ball by then at the very latest!! If theres anyone that hasnt already stated that theyre available to help at either event but can, then please let me know ASAP so that I can arrange bodies with jobs!! Even if youre unable to help on either day, not to worry, but we do have lots of flyers that need delivering to homes, shops, churches & community centres, etc, as these jobs are just as important due to getting the community in to spend their money & raise funds for the school and the kids! Sorry its a bit long-winded, but at this late-stage, we need to make sure everything is covered from all angles!
