Hi all, just wanted to give everyone an update. We were ready to do the oral peanut challenge but they checked Steven lung capacity and it only measured 63% with normal reading should be between 80% - 120%. So Stanford Hospital said it would not be safe. So we are treating Steven for asthma and will have the double blind peanut challenge on April 8th and 15th. I am glad that Stanford checked and decided not to go forward with the challenge as my son BJ died and also had asthma with his anaphylaxis when he accidentally eat traces of peanuts in a dessert. Will update everyone after April 8th.
